The Shore at Katathani proudly welcomes our newest addition to the team, Executive Chef Matthias Pawlik from Switzerland.

Chef Pawlik was previously employed as an Executive Chef at the five star Grand Victoria Jungfrau Interlaken in Switzerland. In addition to proving his talent over four years as a leader in Europe, he was invited to numerous international venues including the renowned Atlantis the Palm in Dubai. In 2009 he was honored by one of the most influential French restaurant guides, with 16 Gault Millau Points. He has been working for many Michelin Starred Restaurants including the Turmhotel Victoria-Davos and Waldhotel Davos among others. During his career, Chef Mattias has earned the accolade of being chosen for Team Captain by the Swiss Art of Cooking Team as a culinary award of the Jeun Restaurateur d'Europe.

We are excited to welcome Chef Pawlik who will greatly enhance our culinary acumen. Chef Pawlik will be in charge of The Shore's kitchen while additionally consulting for each of the European kitchens in the Katathani Collection of Resorts.
